Doubts as to accuracy of article

The Ancient Carthage article says the monarchy ended in around 480BC, and was replaced by the republic, and some of the people listed with articles don't mention them being monarchs, and this article seems to greatly contradict that. Carthaginian history is not my wheelhouse, so I'd appreciate it if someone with a great understanding of Punic history could straighten this out, and maybe revamp this barebones list article as well.
