utcursch, The revert was made for a reason and the reason is the this version looks like a page on rough notebook and I am trying to complete the list. the list is completely sort able firstly along the states and then it has constituency number and keys. let it develop. -

In that case, please use your sandbox to create a complete list, instead of restoring an incomplete list. Also, what "rough notebook"? It's a well-linked, complete and sortable list. The version restored by you is incomplete, under-linked, and makes it impossible for a person to sort the list by party. The only addition is use of background colors, which is unnecessary (since party name is already mentioned), and actually makes a section of text hard-to-read due to bad contrast.
