With respect to the contributor, I have decided to delete a non notable Mayor, Noel Richards, whose name was article-linked to the Welsh musician and worship leader. The details are of no particular historical interest. He appeared in the list as follows:

The Thomas Harley who was Mayor in 1784-85 is not the same as the Thomas Harley who was son of an Earl of Oxford, MP for Herefordshire - as the list mentions - and Alderman and onetime Lord Mayor of London. The Shrewsbury Mayor Thomas Harley came from another branch of the Shropshire/Herefordshire based Harley family and was a resident of Shrewsbury. I have therefore deleted him from this list.
