The Google/Bing template only seems to crawl the coordinates list occassionally, so new changes are not seen on the map. (But... it does work instantly when a new page is created). Does anybody know how to trigger the template and speed things up. Regards. Chienlit ( talk) 19:46, 26 July 2012 (UTC)
I can find no source that gives an elevation of 519m for this road. The Ordnance Survey of Ireland map suggest that is never rises above the 480m contour. The highest road in Ireland is probably at Sally's Gap in the Wicklow mountains, WP gives 503m for this and the OSI map has it close to the 500m contour. treesmill ( talk) 18:28, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
There is some dispute as to the highest pass in Wales - the article on the tarmacked Gospel Pass through the Black Mountains of southeast Wales cites that as being 4m higher at 549m, a figure based on the Ordnance Survey spot height depicted on published 25K mapping. cheers Geopersona ( talk) 12:51, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
Gran San Bernardo tunnel is considered a motorway in Italy, so it should be the highest motorway in Italy at ~1900 m. It doesn't matter it is only 2-laned, because San Bernardino in Switzerland is in the list, and it is also 2-laned. -- Gspinoza ( talk) 10:13, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
The road through Pamporovo appears to be higher (cca 1570) than the listed Beklemeto Pass (1520). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.2.76.147 ( talk) 12:31, 6 September 2016 (UTC)
