Does anybody out there know anything about HAROLD TROTTER, a fictional pig in a children's story? The gist is that he left home for adventure, but did not eat very well as a result and so returned home as a "very thin pig". The cover picture of Harold on the doorstep with his ribs showing through was amusing, or distressing, according to one's age. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.253.64.17 ( talk) 07:33, 3 May 2005 (UTC)

Probably people would prefer the placement of pictures of pigs. Anna Frodesiak ( talk) 16:37, 4 July 2012 (UTC)

I have just removed a number of non-notable fictional pigs in literature entered be spas and/or vandals, pigs that yield nothing after a google search. Coolabahapple ( talk) 10:09, 20 December 2015 (UTC)
An update should be made to Section 4 In Toys and Section 3.1 Animation to include the 1990 cartoon series Barnyard Commandos, based on the action figure line of the same name produced in 1989. The series "is based around the concept of farm animals who consumed radioactive materials left over from an abandoned military experiment, mutating them into hyper-intelligent, anthropomorphic paramilitary troops. This consists of two "hilariously harmless" opposing teams: the R.A.M.S. (Rebel Army of Military Sheep) and the P.O.R.K.S. (Platoon of Rebel Killer Swine)." Barnyard Commandos
Pigs included in the series are General Hamfat Lardo, Private Side O'Bacon, Sergeant Shoat N. Sweet, Captain Tusker Chitlins, Corporal Hy Ondahog, Staff Sergeant Blaster McBacon, Major Piggyback Gunner, and Captain Hogg Wilde. 2600:1700:EF50:59D0:918C:B696:8BBA:2E29 ( talk) 11:41, 29 August 2022 (UTC)
