I do not know why the FL has been closed, because there are on-going unresolved issues. Anyway, I have done some tidy-up work, to fix some issues. I would be grateful if the FLC discussion was re-opened, so that I can as least complete my comments on the on-going discussions. Snowman ( talk) 19:16, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
Comment in the huge volume of text, I apologise for overlooking the outstanding comments. I've re-opened the FLC in order for Snowmanradio to continue to comment there. Once again, sorry for missing these issues. Cheers. The Rambling Man ( talk) 10:56, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
I'm not sure if one should call it a vagrant or not, but I've definitely seen one in the last few days, and there are other semi-regular sightings of individuals. JJ Harrison ( talk) 02:56, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
I'll admit, I don't know the specifics of these lists, but I'm curious as to why the Feral Pigeon isn't listed. These guys are all over the place in Hobart and the Kingston-Blackman's Bay area - they seem to be almost as common as the Silver Gull in Hobart itself. -- 131.217.35.176 ( talk) 02:50, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
This list doesn't seem particularly accurate. Is it based on a particular list, or is it some kind of amalgamation, or just random? There are a number of vagrants missing, and even relatively common birds missing (for example the most common Storm Petrel off Tasmania - the Grey-backed Storm Petrel.) Some of the birds listed as vagrants are also not vagrants, and actually seen regularly every year. I'd like to update the list, but in a systematic manner, not just what I can see is missing or incorrect off the top of my head. -- Owheelj ( talk) 01:25, 8 August 2013 (UTC)
Also I note that many birds that only a small number of the Tas endemic sub-species are flagged as such - something else that needs updating.-- Owheelj ( talk) 01:27, 8 August 2013 (UTC)

With these edits a bunch of species were marked as vulnerable. What's the source for those? It doesn't match with the species articles where I checked. Thanks, SchreiberBike | ⌨ 00:24, 8 January 2020 (UTC)
