Is it normal to write "Moscow, Moscow oblast"? Moscow is a separate federal subject, not included in MO. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.180.217.10 ( talk) 09:39, 17 May 2012 (UTC)
Why is Bakhchysarai in this article? Even it's nomination is listed on UNESCO's site as Ukraine, and is listed as having been submitted by the Permanent Delegation of Ukraine to UNESCO on 24 October 2012. There is no mention of its being part of the Russian Federation, so where are the reliable sources for this claim?
I note that the article hasn't been updated to reflect what in on the tentative list, yet someone has found time to POV-push Bakhchysarai into the article. -- Iryna Harpy ( talk) 23:23, 3 February 2016 (UTC)
Whereas I believe they should not be included in the list, a note saying that Russia considers them a part of Russia whereas UNESCO lists them as located in Ukraine would be in order. I do not understand why it was removed.-- Ymblanter ( talk) 11:02, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
