On the list of Sigma Phi Epsilon chapters it says that number 10 Colorado Alpha is SEC which is incorrect because Colorado Alpha officialy recieved a charter in November of 2007. You can contact Sigma Phi Epsilon nationally to verify this.

For this list, you may want to check out the template on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Fraternities and Sororities#Chapter List Template for a proper method of organization. Jrssr5 19:40, 22 July 2008 (UTC)
This list needs a SERIOUS update. It only goes up to 1977, and many chapters have since been founded Tallicfan20 ( talk) 05:49, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
For List of Sigma Phi Epsilon chapters. Found a ref for the chartering dates (month/day/year). https://issuu.com/sigmaphiepsilon/docs/lrob-2015 . The question is should we merge everything into a List of chapters by founding. (The notes are going to get either removed or make into a notes refs and moved below) Naraht ( talk) 15:22, 29 March 2023 (UTC)

Roll # | Chapter | Abbreviation | Chartered/Range | Institution | City | State | Status | References |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
137 | Virginia Alpha | VA Α | November 1, 1901–1997; 2001 | University of Richmond | Richmond | Virginia | Active | [a] |
Abbr. is the Abbreviation for Abbreviation. As far as I can tell, the 137 for the founding chapter was Vandalism it *is* number 1. I'm in favor of keeping it. (Sigma Phi Epsilon *definitely* cares about it, see the reference.)
