I created this page today dating back to
1950. If anyone would like, they could update it further back, but beyond 1950 you start getting to a time when there wasn't always a traditional
quarterback —

McNabb and Vick start together
Please see the sources on both NFL.com and Pro-football-reference.com. Michael Vick is credited with 1 start, McNabb with 14 and Kolb with 2. Both McNabb and Vick started one game on the field at the same time. They are BOTH credited with the start for that game. As there are 17 weeks in a season with each team playing 16 games. 14(McNabb)+2(Kolb)=16(Starts)+1(Vick)=2 players starting in the same game. No one quarterback is ever specifically credited as having the exclusive start for the game with dual QBs on the field at game commencement. If you have a source which says otherwise, please by all means, change the article and put in the source to reflect so. However, as it stands...both QB's are credited with a simultaneous start. —
