– Based on this discussion, there is clear consensus that "council" should remain capitalized because it specifically refers to the Privy Council (United Kingdom). But there has been no ruling that I know of to determine whether "order(s)" must be capitalized. It seems to me that WP:LOWERCASE, MOS:CAP, and WP:NCCAPS would consider it a common noun that should be lowercase. Woko Sapien ( talk) 22:51, 17 November 2023 (UTC)
