I am not a editing kind of guy but there is a photo of Patrick J Regan at

The website seems to indicate that all uploaded material must be copyright free. Can the editor sof this page review and capture this image.

The first three paragraphs of the introduction seem a little unnecessary—they're more of a general explanation of the background of the start of World War I than anything related to the actual topic of the article.
