After being warned, contentious topics procedure can be used against any editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behaviour, or any normal editorial process. Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.
Editors may report violations of these restrictions to the Arbitration enforcement noticeboard.

scope

I only included current settlements, but am not opposed to including evacuated and/or dismantled ones in another section. As far as outposts, there is no reliable data on populations or date established for them, and in any event they, in my view, dont belong in a list of officially sanctioned settlements. nableezy - 20:05, 30 November 2018 (UTC) reply
