Some names mentioned in the Army source (cited in the article) do not appear on this list. Specifically, HENRY G. BONEBRAKE. Why? Rklawton ( talk) 22:16, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
Proposed that the page be split in A-E and F-L pages to improve usability. Mbisanz ( talk) 07:50, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
On August Dorley, Find A Grave has him listed in under two different names/entries. This one: Find-A-Grave shows a tombstone as "August Doerle" and the FAG listing uses that name. This other one: [1] has the same tombstone, but the FAG listing is under August Dorley.-- S. Rich ( talk) 06:45, 16 March 2011 (UTC)

I'm concerned about the language on this series of pages that speaks to "above and beyond the call of duty" when that requirement had not yet been added to the qualifications for the award. The trooper at Little Bighorn who chased the runaway mule certainly didn't do that.<grin> It's a kind of boiler plate that I think needs to be tweaked. I'm not the lead editor here, so I'm just leaving this as a thought.-- Georgia Army Vet Contribs Talk 20:08, 17 May 2020 (UTC)
