Linthorpe Pottery and its collaboration with Dr. Christopher Dresser makes for one of the most influential art potteries in 19th Century England and it is the first pottery to use gas-fired kilns in a professional setting. As such it is of significant enough international interest to need its own article, which would allow the subject to be explored in more detail.
