Since we have articles for both albums and the discography now, perhaps a reorganization to make room for new accomplishments?
Maybe the interested parties could do a section in their own sandboxes and use strike though in this copy to show what content they have reused. The career section is empty, but really should be composed, I think a ton of this stuff could be condensed there. If we get all of the sections defined, when people drop off factoids, the article will stay organized. 009o9 ( talk) 05:34, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
Proposed sections to rework

Until some of the sections get condensed, I think we might continue to get people coming by to drop off the graduation news in various locations. For instance, I moved one of the mentions to Early life because she started the degree young and 28 is still pretty young to me.
Should we do an Education section so that people can readily find the news? --Cheers-- 009o9 ( talk) 04:16, 16 August 2015 (UTC)
When someone sees dancing violinist Lindsey Stirling’s book cover for the first time, one of his or her first questions is likely, ...
Headline-1: Dancing violinist Lindsey Stirling discusses her new book, LDS faith and taking a different route to stardom
QUOTE: "As Stirling finished second grade, her struggle with reading led to her being diagnosed with cross dominance, a condition that causes “mental health, language and scholastic problems.” The recommended treatment included wearing an eye patch. The eye patch bothered Stirling until one day when she began to embrace it by imagining she was a pirate. She writes that she developed a fascination with pirates, particularly their attitudes toward life." -- AstroU ( talk) 16:15, 17 January 2016 (UTC) -- PS: FYI for future editing.
For those interesting in Lindsey Stirling, there is an ongoing draft for her 2012/2013 Tour: Draft:Lindsey Stirling 2012/2013 Tour. Much of the information is from copy-pasting the 2014/2015 Tour article, and needs to be replaced. Alex|The|Whovian ? 01:00, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
The Good Mythical Morning show doesn't have a stand-alone article on Wikipedia, so I presume it's not notable. The burden is on anyone else to prove that the show is notable. Also, I have a big problem with using the YouTube video as the source. That's a primary source because it's the YouTube channel of the show. As far as I'm concerned, it's nothing more than a blatant attempt to further boost viewership of not only that video but also to promote the show using Lindsey's article, hoping to increase the number of subscribers. How can you justify having a primary source for this information? Furthermore, keeping in mind that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and having watched the entire video, I fail to see the educational value of this information. Did you watch the video? You need to watch more than seven minutes of it in order to confirm that the claim is true. I don't see the point in mentioning her appearance on that show. I don't have all the facts, but Lindsey Stirling was part of the opening ceremony for Dota 2's The International 6, which is incredibly widely known. It should probably be mentioned somewhere. Here is a link to the performance. 173.78.82.117 ( talk) 18:52, 19 August 2016 (UTC)
I'm curious why the page says that Lindsey is a singer? As far as I can remember, she used her voice mostly in medleys/covers like Thrift Shop, Assassin's Creed and Lord of the Rings, Silent Night and one original song Stars Align where she only did some background stuff or said just a few words. Is that enough to consider someone a singer or am I missing something? Regards, mrDoctorWho 08:16, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
So, the new album Brave Enough has been released yesterday. And as far as I can judge, Lindsey is still not a singer. I want to remove this title from the page. Any objections? — mrDoctorWho 13:36, 20 August 2016 (UTC)
Okay, Lindsey is actually a singer. She has a single named Firefly where she actually sings. However, I could not find anything about it, it not seems to be available to purchase or download. This video is all I could find as a proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhdCT6ZtD50. Could anyone else find something or this video is enough to put the singer title back to page? — mrDoctorWho 13:11, 22 September 2016 (UTC)

She's not on this list because she's not born before 1980. Why do you have to be born before 1980 to be in that list? I'd say if someone is notable enough add her to the list. NicoLaan ( talk) 10:08, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Lindsey Stirling recently did an interview where she talks about her struggles with eating disorder ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=grxbFqp14bo), I think this would be good to add to the page. Just putting this here as a note. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.85.8 ( talk) 12:20, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
Years ago, after "Brave Enough", there was "a debate about whether to include that Lindsey Stirling is a singer". At that point, it nearly left in because of the Firefly video on the YouTube verified account Barbie [1], but was left out because although the voice was identifiable as her, the video description itself did not clarify whether Lindsey was only playing the violin, or also singing. A lot has changed since then. It's no longer occasional singing during live performances, and small vocal segments on released songs. In the past 2 years, Lindsey always sings at concerts now. Lindsey has confirmed that although she wants to primarily be known as a violinist, she has been taking vocal lessons; although her original intent for lessons was to improve singing at concerts, she really liked how she progressed and released "Warmer in the Winter" and "Santa Baby" with her singing rather than getting someone else. [2] Lindsey confirmed she sang Firefly, as it was released on the Pledge Music pre-order of Brave Enough. [3] On "Warmer in the Winter", she sang "Warmer in the Winter". [4] [5] On the 2018 deluxe edition of "Warmer in the Winter", she sang "I Wonder As I Wander" [6] and "Santa Baby" [7]. Both of these videos she just released even feature her singing, rather than just having it in the background. Numerous articles regarding her current Christmas tour now reference her as a singer. [8] [9]. Glitter Magazine did as well. [10] Heavy is including calling Lindsey a singer [11], including Bloomingdale's calling her a singer in their advertising that Lindsey would be at their reveal of their holiday windows [12]. Is there a reason that 'cross-dominance' links to 'ocular dominance' rather than the article for cross-dominance? It seems counter-intuitive to me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dstar3k ( talk • contribs) 01:45, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
Should we add a bibliography section? She wrote her autobiography (The Only Pirate at the party) and was at least involved in the Artemis comics and maybe other books. Please don't link to the article for her autobiography as it is just a redirect to this page. Nerd66 ( talk) 19:47, 29 November 2021 (UTC)
