Your algorithm is an example of how to calculate the Lilian date from the Gregorian date and vice versa. But Wikipedia is not a how-to manual, saying so in
WP:NOT#HOWTO. Thus your algorithm is not allowed on Wikipedia. —

It does not matter whether the Lilian date cannot be calculated from the Julian day number or not, a how-to section is still not allowed on Wikipedia. Two compromises are possible, an external link to your site containing the algorithm, or you may place the algorithm on
Wikibooks, possibly with a cross-link here (I'm not sure whether this would be prohibited by the
Wikipedia non-self reference guideline). —

Your most recent edit deleted the reference and see also sections. This approaches vandalism. Your various <wiki/...> tags are not recognized by Wikipedia software, so they appear as annoying text. To properly
hyperlink Wikipedia articles see
Wikipedia:Manual of Style (links) for the proper tags ([[...]])), which were originally in the article. —
