Translation problem

In this article, many names are from Hokkien (Taiwanese) or Japanese (brfore 1945, people live in Taiwan cannot speak Mandarin, mainly Hokkien, Hakka, and Japanese), but here they were translated in Mandarin. Should we use their original language to translate it? In this way, they will be: Liao Tianding ⟶ Liau Thiam-teng (Hokkien); Liu Tianding ⟶ Lau Thiam-teng (Hokkien); Chen Liang-chiu ⟶ Tan Liong-ku (Hokkien); Lin Benyuan ⟶ Lim Pun-goan (Hokkien); Baozheng ⟶ Hosho (Japanese); Cheng Rong ⟶ Tan Ing (Hokkien); Huang A-chi ⟶ Ng A-chhik (Hokkien); Yang Lin ⟶ Iunn Lim (Hokkien).
