The system as described sound very similar to the Swedish system(at least until 10 years ago) in terms of the formal rules if not in the effects on the parties behavior. Does anyone know if it is really only used in Latin America ? — Preceding

Support: Wikipedia's basic rule on capitalization, the second sentence of
Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters, says "In English, capitalization is primarily needed for proper names, acronyms, and for the first letter of a sentence."Lemas is none of those things in the article title, so lower case.
