Looks like nobody has weighed in on this suggestion, not even the person who suggested it. I recommend keeping them as separate articles. There is a large family of articles on bridges in which the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge article is a member, and there is a large family of Border Crossing articles of which the Lewiston-Queenston Border Crossing article is a member. Bridge articles talk about the construction and infrastructure issues, and border crossing articles talk about customs and immigration services, their facilities and their related histories.
