My knowledge of l-TGA is limited, although I am currently in the midst of researching this and many other CHD's. In the meantime, if anyone could assist me with the editing of the illustration used on the dextro-Transposition of the Great Arteries article, either by providing a rough sketch of l-TGA anatomy, or by downloading and editing the image itself (or partially editing and then emailing to me...whatever works best), I would be greatly appreciative.
I also would like to find at least one person who can collaborate with me on this article who has more knowledge on this subject than I do (or at least knows some of the parts I don't). bcatt 05:38, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
It would be great to get some more work done here...I have put almost everything I know about l-TGA in so far, which is not much because I didn't even know there was two kinds of TGA until I started researching d-TGA. However, reading over the original writing, I had put that shunt defects were the most common to find in combination with l-TGA, but I am thinking now that stenosis may actually be more common...is this correct? I agree that getting some info about the double switch and other treatments is really important in filling out the article. I used the d-TGA article as a template for this one, leaving out the parts I didn't know about. I would probably be able to do some research and whip something up if I had a few guidelines on what needs to be included, so if you could do that part, we could probably get this article up to a better standard fairly soon. That's all the thoughts I have on that for now. bcatt 21:57, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
In my opinion this is a list of almost everything. The only other heart defect that belongs here is d-TGA. -- Ekko 20:30, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
