All of the article except the first informative (and well referenced) paragraph was PR fluff, presumably placed some enthusiast from Leucadia. Of particular interest was the "California Beaches.com" reference--for a website that couldn't possibly be considered a legitimate Wikipedia source. The current title of "Leucadia, California" is improper. Leucadia is a community of Encinitas, not a separate city. I am moving it to "Leucadia, Encinitas, California" per usual title format for neighborhoods. -- MelanieN ( talk) 22:48, 19 June 2014 (UTC) reply
