Wikipedia Style for referring to dates

I believe that formal style for Wikipedia is to use precise dates, rather than to use terms such as "recently". I therefore changed "this year" to "2008" (2008 was when I created this article). ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 21:23, 14 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Possible use of table

The article on In Our Time, the BBC Radio 4 programme presented by Melvyn Bragg, has a very neat table to display presenters and themes of each programme. Should a similar format be used here? ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 00:28, 14 March 2009 (UTC) reply

Yes, of course a table can be used. You might find Template:Episode list useful and move some of the text related to episodes into this table. matt br 17:57, 10 May 2009 (UTC) reply

2011 talks

I have to confess that after the first Lent talk, I kept on forgetting that these were on in 2011, so I have not followed them as a assiduously as I have done in previous years. However, any one who has kept track of them in 2011 is welcome to update the page. ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 15:27, 31 March 2011 (UTC) reply

Suggestions for categorisations of this article

I am wondering whether we should start a new article entitled "Talks on Radio Four" and put that category there, along with the Reith lectures? I would not put it in the category "Lecture Series" as these are not strictly speaking lecture series. ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 19:59, 31 March 2011 (UTC) reply

An apology

I apologise for using the vague term "last year" in an earlier version of this article. Looking at the article's history, I worked out that that must have been a reference to 2007. ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 23:21, 7 April 2011 (UTC) reply

And I shall also apologise that I forgot to hear the last edition of these (March 21 2012) so this page will remain dated! ACEOREVIVED ( talk) 00:36, 22 March 2012 (UTC) reply
