A proper name is usually not italicized.
I selected six citations at random to spot check.
The bill is being presented by Senator Mary Robinson, who is professor of constitutional law at Trinity College, Dublin.
It was also a personal triumph for then Senator Mary Robinson, who handled the case before the court in Strasbourg aided by Dublin solicitor Mr Brendan Walsh.
