The draft was by somebody who is pretty clearly an expert or studying the topic, who generated a literature review here in Wikipedia. This is not what we do here (see WP:EXPERT); the page needs to be reworked to summarize secondary sources, in order to avoid WP:OR and ensure WP:NPOV. Jytdog ( talk) 02:49, 6 April 2018 (UTC) reply
