I long ago submitted a photo for this article, it was a scan of a photo that was printed on the back of a Wisconsin Highway Map that was issued for 1981. I thought I had the right copyright info supplied but I must not have and it was removed by OrphanBot a few weeks later. I am admittedly a novice when it comes to photo copyrights, but I think it would qualify as a fair use because it was on a map issued for free distribution by the State of Wisconsin.
