Is there significance to this location? Did he have Indian ancestry? Proxy User ( talk) 09:26, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Hey guys. I was Larry's nephew. I was in the boat when we scattered Larry's ashes at sea, off the coast of Bodega Bay, California. Since seeing this article and several other pages that list Larry's ashes were scattered in Canada, I wanted to correct this issue. Larry's wishes were to have his ashes scattered at sea at Bodega Bay, California, and we did so. My aunt Deborah flew from New York with his ashes in a sealed can. She opened the can with a can opener on the boat. I believe my cousin Kelly(Larry's daughter) and my grandma(Larry's mom) kept some of the ashes. The rest were emptied in the sea. I'm going to change the page to reflect this. I don't know what Kelly did with her dad's ashes. She mentioned it on the boat, but I didn't catch it. Was it Six Nations in Canada? I don't know. But he wasn't Canadian nor Native American. Also, Kelly hasn't lived in LA for a few years now. I don't really see that as relevant anyways. -- Brian Linville (Larry's nephew)

Me again. I contacted FindaGrave and had them update the correct information where my uncle's ashes were scattered. I'm going to edit the page to take out the incorrect reference to Canada. -- Brian Linville
