While the applicability of the category to the Workers' Institute of Marxism–Leninism–Mao Zedong Thought is quite clear cut, I would suggest it fails in the case of this article. It is not established as yet what role the one-time politics espoused by Aravindan Balakrishnan and his group/cult played in this alleged slavery case.
