Please use
T:AH to organize the talk page so I can understand the concerns of the prior reviewers. I think I see about three prior peer reviews and an official copy edit. I want to make sure I have an understanding of what the past issues have been.--

If the reason that this has not been done is because you are unfamiliar with the template and unable to convert the talk page yourself let me know.--

O.K. I will do it myself in the next day or two and then begin the review.--

LEAD
Barcelona's success is ambiguous to me. Did the youth academy lead to success by the city or the team?--

Not very much I'm afraid, most focuses on the recent success of Barcelona and Spain.

I don't understand this sentence: "The success of La Masia as a talent school has been ascribed by Ian Hawkey of The Times " and why isn't The Times linked?
Link some of these regions since many english speakers are not familiar with regions of Spain: About half of them were from Catalonia, and the rest came from other regions of the Kingdom of Spain and beyond, including 15 from Cameroon, 7 from Brazil, 5 from Senegal and 3 from Argentina. Of those 500, about 10 percent made it into the first team.--

Because of my concerns about the history, I am requesting a second opinion.
2nd opinion
Short of listing all of the players who graduated through the academy in the seven years between 1990 and 2007, I don't think that is a particular problem to have this "gap".

File:Masia-AmorFerrerMussonsGuardiola.jpg. Tony asked me to look at the licensing. The license is definitely wrong. This is a photograph of a photograph, so the copyright belongs to the original photographer. I have nominated it for deletion at Commons, but it might be OK on English Wikipedia with a suitable fair use rationale.

Thanks to both of you for the reviews. I've removed imaged and replaced ascribed with the synonym.
