I'm not sure if Payne ever said it would be included on his upcoming album or not, so I included it along with every single he'd released prior because I felt it would be splitting hairs to not. If we don't include it, then someone would put it back in, it would be removed again, someone would complain in an edit summary or on the talk page, there'd be a slow-motion edit war between users and honestly I don't really care to debate that kind of thing anymore. Well, no offense, but that's what happens when fans get too involved, and we don't follow the guidelines set up for us to use. Realistically, I don't believe either Payne or
Rita Ora ever mentioned it being from either of their album releases, nor do I believe its release was ever a focus for their solo projects. Same thing happened with "
Love Me Like You Do" by

Livelikemusic: How do you intend "no offense" with that comment? I just told you why I did what I did. I don't see how it's being a "fan" that's "too involved" by including all the singles because I don't want to debate pointless things with editors. I didn't include them because I'm a "fan" and want them to be singles for this album—I don't particularly care whether they're listed or not. But if they are to be removed, there should be a consensus on which to remove and why, because editors will re-add the ones that aren't there. No matter what one chooses, there are complaints. If you exclude them, you're an editor deciding for the artist what is the lead single and making unilateral decisions that affect others; if you don't exclude them, apparently you're a "fan" who wants all the singles to promote the album for some unknown reason. You're misunderstanding what I'm stating
Ss112, my comments were in regards to IF the song was removed as a single, and it, and I re-quote you "If we don't include it, then someone would put it back in, it would be removed again, someone would complain in an edit summary or on the talk page, there'd be a slow-motion edit war between users," which is what I was responding to. And that is why this discussion is happening; if you honestly find it not necessary, and you genuinely do not care—as you've stated—then why continue your involvement in the discussion? I'm not trying to debate why you did what you did, or why you didn't do something else. I'm merely responding to the initial question, and putting my two-cents into the discussion—which included the cite of what the template cites to be a single from an album. No one is questioning what the first/lead single is. Nor did I call you the "fan" that is "too involved." I'm speaking of those who would continually re-add it (both registered and anonymous). livelikemusictalk!21:02, 19 October 2019 (UTC)reply

Livelikemusic: Er, because you're continuing to respond to me directly? And you've just pinged me, hence why I'm responding. Also, you preceded your message with "no offense", after which usually follows a comment about the person you're speaking to. Others could hardly be offended if they're not being named. To clarify, I said I don't care about whether the singles are included or not. As one can clearly tell, I'm not debating their inclusion or not at this point, as this has moved beyond that—we're talking about the circumstances of including them, not whether to actually do so or not. This is becoming redundant and meta, and I'm done at this point. If anybody would like to debate what's actually included or not, do so at your own leisure below. I'm not playing a part, but there should be consensus and not edit wars. Ss11221:08, 19 October 2019 (UTC)reply
Re: Recent edit summary
Ss112: I was unaware of the the fact that infobox references are unnecessary when info is sourced in the article body, so thank you for making me aware of that. I believed the use of a Billboard reference would be more useful than using his own website as a reference.
@
Sean Stephens: The entire edit summary was not directed at you. I'm well aware you didn't add the genre from the press release—that was LOVI33, whose talk page I wrote on right after that as I neglected to tag them. Ss11205:46, 20 October 2019 (UTC)reply
Ss112: Alright, well thanks for clearing that up. I apologise for jumping to conclusions. Cheers 👍
I'm not sure why the term "bonus track" seems to remove singles from the infobox. "Strip That Down", "Familiar", "Get Low", "Bedroom Floor" where all included on this album and released on at least one edition simultaneously as the main album. I can't see factual reasons why they should be excluded from the infobox when they were clearly released in promotion of and as part of the set-up for this album's release. There are a plethora of other releases where song's appearing on deluxe editions or simply as bonus tracks are released as singles and included as part of the album's campaign such as "
Super Bass" and "
Girls Fall Like Dominoes" both by
Nicki Minaj.

On the basis that nothing at
Album#Bonus_track says that singles can't be bonus tracks, I'm going to add them back for now. There should be a specific consensus or discussion if there is a valid reason for not including them.
