Why does the infobox list metric tons first for the displacement but the body gives long tons? Also, it should be metric tons, not tonnes, to fit with American English.

Might be worth noting in the first body para that the Soviet Union wasn't a member of the Washington conference.

A. Images are copyright tagged, and non-free images have
fair use rationales:
The recon photo is clearly not a work of the US Navy, as it's stated to be a Luftwaffe recon photo. This needs to be cleared up.

B. Images are provided where possible and appropriate, with

Pass or Fail:
The main thing is the recon photo. I know there's something about wartime KM photos being PD in the United States because they're deemed war booty or something like that. Ask Ed, I seem to think he knows about it from the Design 1047 article.

Hi guys, the NHHC asserts that all of their photos, to the best of their knowledge, are PD. This includes all of the "wartime loot" seized from Japan and Germany. However, the photos taken from the latter are not PD in Germany because of their copyright laws. My workaround to this was to upload
the photo here on en (because Commons requires that all photos be free in the US and their home country) and tag it with {{PD-US}} and {{Do not move to Commons}}. I also included a link to
http://www.history.navy.mil/branches/org11-4.htm , which shows the NHHC's position on the copyright status of their photos. —Ed(talk •

Alright, I'm satisfied. Excellent work on this article, Sturm. Now you just need to bang out the list article and you'll have the Russian BCs complete, at least as far as a GT goes.
