The Kostenko mine is a coal mine owned by ArcelorMittal Temirtau, a subsidiary of Luxembourg-based steel manufacturing company ArcelorMittal since the mid-1990s.[2][4]

I added a link. Kazakh Wikipedia (through Google Translate) seems to confirm that Ispat International was probably the first to buy it. They bought it from something called "Karmat", either a government concern or a local company (Kar=Karaganda?). Lostpw ( talk) 16:22, 3 November 2023 (UTC) reply
