What is a roadmap for software doing in ENCYCLOPEDIA ???? You guys are nuts...
The name is really weird. I have no idea where it comes from. How about mentioning where the name comes from?
I reverted this addition of plugin descriptions by User:61.68.182.27 due to to the POV tone introduced. Most descriptions refer to "your" or "you". I'm sorry to remove this information, but I think it's better than to lose the NPOV tone. Please reword it. -- Chealer 08:41, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
I'm a user of KDE, and love Kopete. However, how do I get SMS with it? I'd love to integrate that with my use of other messaging, since my phone has a very awkward interface. Does anyone know where I can find the SMS plugin? -- T3thys::ben 00:21, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
Should the whole history be here — is it really of interest to many people reading this article? Probably it should be on a kopete website (if an up-to-date one exists). I am not involved in the kopete project and put the back here to save the contents of the Kopete_Project_history from deletion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Diggory Hardy ( talk • contribs) 08:26, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Is someone bullshitting? I see no information on a Windows version on the official website. 90.16.118.139 ( talk) 15:14, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
Kopete is part of KDE SC 4 (more specifically: the kdenetwork module
[2]). The whole SC4 available for multiple platforms, including
FreeBSD,
Mac OS X
[3]
[4], and
Windows.
So instead of claiming that Kopete is Linux-only, you people (esp. Vlyalcin who did
[5]) need to learn to do a proper research. --

I removed the entire section "Project history". It is written as if it was taken straight out of the developer's logs. The writing style was very poor, probably because the section was pieced together. Also, I highly doubt anyone was really interested in the project's history in the manner given. The usage of "we" in the section was basically proof that one of the developers pasted the section in themselves. Ronark ( talk) 03:04, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
