This article says early Eocene, but the reference says Middle. You cannot use an article that says something different as a reference to something else. The reference is used to cite what you actually say in the article. 68.107.141.42 ( talk) 06:26, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
In German there is no question that Lagerstätte is singular and Lagerstätten is plural. Of course, this need not be the case for the corresponding English loan word, but at least in Lagerstätte the German singular form is used as the English singular. The article here uses the plural.
