According to this Japanese interview which I've seen being linked to, Kirby's Return to Dream Land is the fourth game in a series of attempts of HAL Laboratories creating a Kirby home console game. The canceled 2005 GameCube game was merely the first attempt, and although Return to Dream Land re-uses a lot of the elements present from the "Kirby GCN/Wii" trailer(s) (like this one), from what I'm gathering, the interview suggests that the canceled game and Return to Dream Land are NOT one and the same but rather two distinct games that are very similar in design and concept...

I also heard there was a Kirby game releasing for the Nintendo DS totally different from this one that has you playing as 10 Kirbys at once. 68.205.80.248 ( talk) 22:30, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
There is one for the Nintendo DS called Kirby Mass Attack. AnimalCrossingCool ( talk) 01:42, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
I think that this page and the 2005 kirby game should be separated because they in no way are really similar besides 3d graphics, its not even the same engine.-- 108.56.156.80 ( talk) 23:17, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
Here's a new trailer for the game. Also, it's been named "Kirby Wii," so the title of this article should be change in suit. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3WHgNh1Iedg&feature=player_embedded) -- 207.233.31.37 ( talk) 02:24, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

Is Wikipedia still spouting misinformation that it's the same as the GameCube title? It's the FOURTH attempt at a 3D console platformer since 64, the three others were unreleased! I remember when Wikipedia used to be awesome when it came to game information. Now it's just so ethnocentric. 144.80.137.209 ( talk) 18:10, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
