The Great Northern and Strand Railway intended extension to the south is uncited. The Kingsway tramway subway started south of Holborn (or, at least, about 150m south of High Holborn) rather than running beneath it. Tagged, pending a source or some clarification. -- Old Moonraker ( talk) 19:42, 14 July 2011 (UTC) reply

OK, no defenders: trimmed. The comprehensive Subterranean Britannica suggests that the original southern terminus was to be at Temple Station, 200 metres closer to the river, but this was amended before the line's bill went to Parliament; there was never an intention to proceed further. The {{cn}} tag for wartime art storage remains, but this is also covered in Subterranean Britannica. If I can't find a print source, I'll use that.-- Old Moonraker ( talk) 05:58, 21 July 2011 (UTC) reply
My previous was absolute cobblers—a "complete 180" in navigational terms—so apologies. Now fixed, along with the {{cn}} request. -- Old Moonraker ( talk) 12:49, 22 July 2011 (UTC) reply

Africa House

No Wikipedia page for Africa House? It looks as if it was intended to be important during the colonial era . 85.255.237.226 ( talk) 19:41, 23 November 2017 (UTC) reply

Fire in Kingsway

There are various news stories and film footage of the fire - seems rather dramatic.
