What is the status of the potential sale to the National Park Service?
Does the Center still look after the personal effects that were subject to suit because others wanted to sell them? (

Are there pending lawsuits facing the center now?
How is the center governed now, by whom?
What is its relation to the King estate -- is it beholden to the estate for ongoing personality rights or trademark rights?
Which has not been told. The "History" section is missing huge gaps, as others have mentioned, about the sale. Struggles are a part of life, as Dr. King would be the first to acknowledge. Please, someone with access to the full story, let it be told here.
