I propose to merge (the limited content here) and redirect (the title) to
3rd Cork Brigade#Activities. I propose this because:
(
WP:NEVENT) I do not see how the event is notable. In all practical terms, nothing happened. There were no
WP:LASTING impacts related to the subject (no deaths, no property damage, no nothing). Nothing happened.
(
WP:SIGCOV) I do not see how GNG/SIGCOV is met. In all the references, the subject is mentioned (often in passing) in lists/discussions of other actions by Barry and the
3rd Cork Brigade. It doesn't stand on its own.
(
WP:MERGEREASON) Pretty much all the merge reasons apply. In that the reader needs to rely very heavily on context from other articles (about the
3rd Cork Brigade, Barry or the War of Independence in general) to make sense of the description of this (non)event.
Otherwise the very limited content here could pretty much be covered in a single (if long) sentence in the
3rd Cork Brigade article. Where it would make more sense and all context/background/etc could more easily be covered. Other thoughts?

Bump. It's been nearly a month since I opened the above thread and tagged the article. Unless there are other thoughts, I will likely go ahead soon and merge the content of this article to form a(nother) paragraph in
3rd Cork Brigade#Activities. And then redirect this title to that section.

Resolved. OK. It's been a month since I opened the above thread and, not having heard any other thoughts or input, I've gone ahead with the
merge and the
redirect. As noted, there wasn't really much to merge/say. As the references support little more than a short sentence.
