The Background and Decision

I have never edited Wikipedia before, so forgive me if this is acceptable for Supreme Court decision pages, but it seems that the background and Decision sections are copied in their entirety from the case syllabus, save for some locations where 'privilege' was replaced with 'right' which is incorrect, as there's a difference between a 'Fifth Amendment right' and 'the privilege against self-incrimination' (a bit of an unrelated tangent, but I digress.)

For now, I'm going to assume it's okay and fix the page to be closer in-line with the case syllabus (IE replacing 'right' with 'privilege' where it says in the syllabus to begin with).
