Mostly copy cleanup. On the short side, but comprehensive enough. Ping when done. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 03:45, 14 July 2024 (UTC)
Did you know? If you fancy doing so, I always have plenty of GA nominees to review. Just look for the all-uppercase titles in the Television section. Reviews always appreciated.
Going to be using Google Translate to look at the German-language sourcing.
After the constitutional question was taken up again under Prince Johann II ... This committee drew up a draft constitution on which Schädler did the main work, as he had done in 1848. The draft, revised by an unknown German legal expert, formed the basis for the constitutional constitution of 1862 ... Under his leadership, the State Parliament, together with the State Administrator von Hausen, completed a large legislative workload. This included, among other things, the renewal of the customs treaty with Austria (1863), the abolition of tithes (1864), a municipal law (1864), the savings bank law (1864), school legislation (1864, 1869), the first trade regulations (1865), tax reform (1865), forest regulations (1865), a law to improve livestock breeding (1865), a fire safety law (1865), a watering law (1865) and a poor law (1869).
The constitution of 26 September 1862— also mentions the Landtag.
