I am inclined to decline the speedy delete on the grounds that an exhibition in the Scottish Parliament reported on by Highland Council [1] suggests sufficient notability to do so. Please note that the article may still become a candidate for deletion if the notability of the subject cannot be unequivocally confirmed. I will also move the page to "Julie Brook".
