Lucky Jules, he was fortunate to have had American students. Who post this crap?
The way he painted women seem to have had a major influence on the Art Nouveau movement. The shapes, the faces, the colors (saving the distance between the oil paintings he did and the watercolors used mostly for Art Nouveau), the ethereal quality he gives to the subjects, all this seems to have influenced the painters from early twentieth century. —Preceding

Isn't the collection of images in this article a bit overwhelming? Almost all of the advice in WP:Gallery is disregarded here. I suggest to remove them all. The proper place if C:Jules Joseph Lefebvre or C:Category:Jules Joseph Lefebvre. -- Michael Bednarek ( talk) 14:32, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
