This article uses both Rabbinic and Karaitic sources more or less straightforwardly. Such sources are not historical documents and should not be used to assert what Judah ben Tabbai really did in the 1st century BCE. CharlesMartel ( talk) 15:22, 7 May 2018 (UTC)CharlesMartel
