hi, thanks for the good work in explaining such a standard. It nowhere escapes me how you get 10V from 20208 junctions, and what microwave frequency is applied.
Finally, but the beyond the subject, why isn't a Cesium or Rubidium frequency standard directly used? Could it bring even more accuracy?
