Dear administrators, I'm looking for advice on how to proceed with this particular page. This page is mostly a direct translation from the original wikipedia.pt page (link: https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jos%C3%A9_Ant%C3%B3nio_Falc%C3%A3o ) which I've been editing (along with a couple other "sister" pages related to the BLP in question.
Both the PT and EN versions of these biographies have the following problems:
I'm currently working on the Portuguese version and also in the process of requesting similar help from the PT administrators. My questions are:

Merged contents from Department of Historical and Artistic Heritage of the Diocese of Beja as the source text was outdated and in need of revisions. The bibliography section was identical to the one on this section.
