Is it not the case that the Chronicon was begun by Florence, but completed by John of Worcester ? Streona ( talk) 00:29, 14 January 2008 (UTC) reply

This page is rather opaque as to why Florence is given as the name of the person - I've just edited Geraint of Dumnonia to reflect the John name rather than Florence as per this page, but I must confess to being ignorant of the story. Stevebritgimp ( talk) 21:14, 19 February 2008 (UTC) reply

I have a vague recollection of there being doubts as to the identity of the author, but yes indeed, it's not much good to have an article titled "John of Worcester" re-directed from "Florence of Worcester", without there being any explanation. Nortonius ( talk) 17:35, 8 August 2008 (UTC) reply
