Is this man identical with the "Hon. John Young", who, with his wife, children and servant, survived the sinking of the Allan liner SS Anglo Saxon off Cape Race in 1863? I'd really like to know that for I am writing the German-language article on that ship. Thank you

Bride at 14?
'John Young married April 8th, 1835, Adelaide Annabella Dalton... She was born in 1821.' It's a complicated paragraph, but it seems to indicate a child-bride.
