In my opinion the COI issues have been resolved because everything in the article is now rewritten from what was added by the subject and everything comes from the Scout Association sources and not from the subject's own blog. The Scout Association sources are independent of the World Committee which elected him. It is no longer an autobiography, so I think the tags should be removed. -- Bduke (Discussion) 04:43, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
