Agree completely, awful mess. I found "numerous publications" at variance with
WP:RS since reference 3 shows only 9 publications, none of them peer-reviewed. I changed the statement to "has published."

15:03, 2 August 2015 (UTC) Agreed - a mess! but should not be. Jack Gibbons as head of OTA and OSTP under Pres. Clinton was widely revered and respected, he had impeccable credentials and made many significant contributions to science and technology policy. Asking for help in wikipedia community to add content from primary sources, reorganize, clean up, and otherwise professionalize this page. Especially need help with new section just added on tribute to Gibbons by VP Al Gore. Also have a much better photo of Gibbons than the one used - need assistance with replacing current photo on right. Thx in advance.reply
At the moment this article reads like a panegyric to a friend or politician. References and citations to peer reviewed accomplishments in Physics must be supplied.
