The lead is certainly too short for a FA, especially one appearing on the main page in a few days. Perhaps someone who knows more about the subject should expand it? Mattyness ( talk) 09:41, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
I removed this from the Actes and Monuments section:
[...] it is still considered one of the most beautiful Anglo-Saxon fonts ever produced

His year of death appears to be one year before it is claimed he sent in people to break up his son's premises. There is therefore a slight conflict on the dates. 86.130.221.210 ( talk) 00:46, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
