I disagree with the removal of the historic commentaries on this verse. While the thoughts of thinkers like Calvin and Chrysostom are not academic commentaries, they are still notable opinions by notable people. Their Biblical interpretations played formative roles in their branches of Christianity, and are thus important. - SimonP ( talk) 19:39, 13 September 2014 (UTC) reply
